There are numerous qualifications a Volvo dealership must achieve to win the “Volvo Excellence Award.” Here is what your Volvo dealership near me needs to meet or exceed to be qualified and win:
Facility (Dealership): The facility must be compliant or under construction before or by Dec. 31st, 2021.
V360 Compliant: Our dealership was V360 compliant in all four quarters of the year.
Parts, Tires, and Accessories: Our Parts and Accessories department and Tire center sold more items than the previous year.
Sales Effectiveness: The sales effectiveness had to be at or above average at either regional or census division by Nov. 30th, 2021.
Training: Training requirements must be met in all four quarters of the year.
Net Promoter Score: We were given a score equal to or greater than 90 on sales and obtained a service score similar to or greater than 80 by Nov. 30th, 2021.
