Many people cross-shop the Audi A4 and the Volvo S60. While both superb luxury sedans, we'd like to point out 3 reasons for 2015 that you may want to consider the S60 over the A4.
1. Room- The S60 offers more room up front. More front leg room (41.9 to 41.3 inches), more front head room (39 to 38.3 inches) and more front shoulder room (57 to 55 inches).
2. Gas Mileage- If you have lots of driving to do, you'll want the S60. It averages 25 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway. The A4 gets 24 local and 32 highway. Tough to argue saving at the pump.
3. Safety Ratings- In each of the 12 Crash Test Ratings the S60 achieved a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. The A4 fell short in two categories, only getting a 4. Then again, you should know Volvo prides itself on its safety. Always has, always will.
