Volvo On Call operates through a network of contracted (Volvo authorized) providers. Using your Volvo On Call Service will help you with minimal out of pocket expenses. Our Volvo On Call service is provided through Agero Motor Club which include independent and licensed towers throughout the US.
Extreme Weather Conditions
When weather or road conditions are extremely bad, we ask for your patience. Our Volvo On Call, 1-800-638-6586 service is designed to render prompt and courteous service. During Emergency situations, where the motorist is stranded, drivers should take priority over when the driver is protected by their home or work.
In rare instances, we may request that you locate service through the Yellow Pages and pay for the service, and forward your paid receipt for reimbursement up to a max of $100.00 per disablement.* (this is a case by case scenario)
What does Volvo On Call Roadside Assistance not cover?
The purpose of the Emergency Road and Towing Service is to provide service in common emergency situations, an emergency situation does not include:
- Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance
- Shoveling snow from around a vehicle
- Installation of removal or removal of chains or snow tires
- Vehicle storage charges, cost of parts and installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor related to towing.
