Under the hood of our feature 2015.5 Volvo S60 Sedan is a powerful 250-hp 2.5L turbocharged engine, offering you horsepower you want with the fuel economy you dream of with 29 mpg on the highway. By opening the trunk and pressing each lever, the rear 60/40 seats can drop individually to accommodate your seating and/or storage needs. For those longer items, skis for example, there is a push-through in the center of the rear seats that allows you slide longer, narrow items through the seats while allowing access for two rear seat passengers.

Another storage feature in the Sport Package of the 2015.5 S60 is the grocery bag holder in the trunk space. Flip up the rear floor panel and it exposes a strap that allows you to place your grocery bags, or other items, in the trunk without worrying that they will slide around while you are driving. 

Safety Features That Let You Drive With Confidence
As we move to the exterior, John reviews some of the safety features of the Volvo S60. First, is the Blind-Spot Monitoring System (BLIS). BLIS is a stand alone available option that now also include Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. BLIS allows you to change lanes in total confidence with radar sensors that alert you to any cars that you may not see. Rear Cross Traffic Alert covers the driver's back when reversing out of a parking space, and warns of oncoming traffic on each side.

Allowing you to safely keep your keys in your purse or pocket, the Volvo S60 is completely keyless. This feature allows you to walk up to the vehicle and the vehicle will recognize the Volvo key in your pocket or purse and allow you to gain entry to the vehicle. To lock the doors, simply rest your hand over any of the door handles and they will automatically lock, no more fumbling for keys.
