Digital Service Booking With Volvo On Call
Instead of filling out our service appointment form or giving us a call (especially if it’s after business hours), you can choose to book your next service appointment via the Volvo On Call app. That’s because of the all-new digital service booking function that’s simple to use.
In fact, all you need to do is open the app & follow the prompts to pick your preferred retailer, the type of service that you need and the date & time you want your service to be performed. You’ll also have the opportunity to input a custom message to let your technician know other details the app hasn’t already, such as adding maintenance you also need done at the time of service.
With the services you book, you can also receive price transparency through the app to give you accurate cost estimates of most common repairs & maintenance. Not only will the app offer a way to add your appointment to your smartphone’s calendar, but will also remind you when service milestones are coming.

Roadside Assistance Through Volvo On Call
We know that requesting roadside assistance isn’t the thing you want to do since that means there’s a major issue going on with your vehicle, whether it’s due to an accident, getting a flat tire or having a breakdown. Now you can use the Volvo On Call app to get 24-hour roadside assistance!
Like the digital service booking function, your customer & vehicle info will be stored within the app in order to minimize the amount of time you're stuck on the side of the road or where your Volvo is parked. The app will use location-based services to give the roadside assistance you need your vehicle's location & the location of the nearest Volvo retailer.
You’ll also receive real-time tracking of the inbound support vehicle with an estimated ETA via automated SMS status updates. For extra peace of mind, the tow driver's contact information is also there in case you want to speak with them directly prior to their arrival.
