Did you know that all of the 2021 Volvo model lineup earned the prestigious Top Safety Pick+ recognition from the IIHS? This is based on getting the following ratings:

2021 Volvo S60: NHTSA 5-Star Overall Safety Rating
A total of 11 Volvo models received a 5-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Both the 2021 Volvo S60 T5 and T6 AWD earned this ranking due to its top-notch performance in frontal, side and rollover collision testing conducted by the organization.
2021 Volvo S90 Awards
The Volvo S90 received 2 accolades for 2021. The first is the Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Award, given in the Luxury Large Sedan category to the T6 Momentum AWD model that gives you features like a laminated panoramic moonroof, heated comfort front seats and Sensus Navigation system.
Kelley Blue Book gave the 2021 Volvo S90 the Best Luxury Car honor as part of their Lowest 5-Year Cost to Own Awards. Judging for this award looks a lot at depreciation, along with expected fuel costs, insurance, maintenance & repairs to cover expenses from the time of purchase through when it’s time to resell or trade in your sedan.
2021 Volvo V60 Awards
Besides a NHTSA 5-star overall safety rating and Vincentric Best Fleet Value in America Award in the Luxury Wagon category, Car and Driver also gave the 2021 Volvo V60 & V60 Cross Country their Editors’ Choice Award in the Luxury Station Wagon segment. That's because of the combination of a gorgeous interior & exterior look and the Recharge's high-performance hybrid powertrain.

The V90 and V90 Cross Country both were named as Car and Driver Editors’ Choice Award winners in the Luxury Station Wagon category because of these factors:

The Volvo XC40 has received a multitude of honors in its 4th year. Let’s start with the 2 we’ve already talked about for other models: a NHTSA 5-star overall safety rating & the Car and Driver Editors’ Choice Award Subcompact SUV segment for its bold/boxy exterior, practical yet stylish cabin & generous standard feature lineup.
Autotrader gave 2 awards to this year’s XC40, declaring it as one of their Best New Cars for 2021 and Best Electric Cars for 2021. The big highlight that Autotrader spoke about is the zero-emissions Recharge between how it’s bound to become the "performance EV for the masses" and its high safety ratings & high-quality interior materials.
Speaking of electric cars, Good Housekeeping declared the Recharge as the Best Electric Luxury Subcompact SUV as part of their Best Electric Cars of 2021 list for standout features like the built-in Google OS and different gauge display choices behind the wheel. Kelley Blue Book also named the 2021 Volvo XC40 as their Best Subcompact Luxury SUV in the Lowest 5-Year Cost to Own Awards for the 2nd year in a row.

Autotrader also put the Volvo XC60 Recharge on its list of Best Electric Cars for 2021 because of its electric AWD system, muscular performance, 57 combined MPGe rating & all-electric driving range of up to 19 miles.
